Take the exit for Route 110 North (Huntington) off the Northern State Parkway Exit 40N) or Southern State Parkway (Exit 32N) or Long Island Expressway (Exit 49N) and proceed North until you cross over Jericho Turnpike. From the West on Jericho Turnpike, proceed on Jericho Turnpike until you reach Route 110 then make a left onto Route 110. From the East on Jericho Turnpike, proceed on Jericho Turnpike until you reach Route 110 then make a right onto Route 110.
